What You Can Expect from Your Las Vegas Bus Driver

Your charter bus driver will be timely and courteous.

Renting a corporate charter bus in Las Vegas for a corporate meeting, convention, or other event where every second counts? No worries! Your charter bus driver aims to be at least 10 minutes early to every stop on your itinerary. They are familiar with the Las Vegas landmarks like the Bellagio and Fremont Street Experience, and can easily get you there with time to spare. If you ask, they can also help you and your group unload any luggage, especially if you are arriving at the Las Vegas Airport with a group

Your charter bus driver will need breaks.

Charter bus drivers can only legally remain on duty for 15 hours or drive for 10 hours straight without an eight-hour break. Keep this in mind if you are planning a long trip or even a trip that spans multiple days. This won’t be a problem if you are using a Las Vegas charter bus rental for a shorter period of time, such as a field trip charter bus rental to Red Rock Canyon or other educational destinations.

You will need to provide lodging for overnight trips.

If you have a private charter bus rental in Las Vegas that will span more than one day, you will need to provide lodging for your charter bus driver. As mentioned before, if your bus driver is driving for more than 10 hours, they are required by law to take an eight-hour break. If you are planning a multi-night trip, ask about this when you call the hotel. Some hotels may rent you a room at a discounted rate for your charter bus driver if you ask.

Your charter bus driver will handle all the parking and driving.

You won’t need to lift a finger! Your designated charter bus driver will handle all the parking and driving for the duration of your trip. Our network of charter buses covers all of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, meaning you could also rent a charter bus in Henderson for trips to the Lion Habitat Ranch. While your charter bus driver will handle the parking for you no matter where you go, you will still need to cover the cost of parking in full.

It’s customary to tip your charter bus driver.

In order to thank your charter bus driver for a job well done, it’s customary to tip around 10% of the cost of your Las Vegas bus rental in cash at the end of the trip. So if your bus ends up costing around $1,200 to rent, you could tip around $120, or more if you are feeling generous. If you’d prefer, you can work that cost into the overall price of your charter bus rental when you call our reservation team, instead.
